- Email should include your name and Club affiliation (PCA Florida Citrus Region) and mailing address.
- You will receive a reply email from TAS with an invoice and online payment instructions.
- TAS will be informed of payment receipt and production will commence.
- Upon completion, your name tag will be sent directly to via US Mail.
Pricing: Your cost will be $15.98 which includes Sales Tax and shipping.
